Last Will and Testament of Spencer Tilton

Spencer W. Tilton who died on Nov 15th, 1918 at the age of 85, was held in the highest respect and esteem by all the community. That he also loved the town of his long residence is shown by his leaving in his will, which is given below, a generous sum for the establishment and maintenance of a model fruit farm.
